    Good food and nutrition are vital from birth onwards. When it is time to start giving solid food to babies, it is important to introduce all foods as soon as possible from the age of 6 months. Fruits, vegetables, wholegrain cereals and healthy fats have an especially important role to play in developing the gut microbiota and the immune system. This short and informative animated video will show how to give a baby the best start in life.

The Asthma and Allergy Association is working to curb the increasing development of asthma, allergies and hypersensitivity diseases, and to enable those who have the diseases to live best with them.

The Asthma and Allergy Association was founded on January 24, 1960 by Alfred Simonsen.

NAAF is working to curb the increasing development of asthma, allergies and hypersensitivity diseases, and to enable those with the diseases to live best with them.

NAAF is an interest organization for everyone who is concerned with preventive health. As of today, we count about 12,000 members.
