    Good food and nutrition are vital from birth onwards. When it is time to start giving solid food to babies, it is important to introduce all foods as soon as possible from the age of 6 months. Fruits, vegetables, wholegrain cereals and healthy fats have an especially important role to play in developing the gut microbiota and the immune system. This short and informative animated video will show how to give a baby the best start in life.

Asthma-Allergy Denmark works for everyone affected by asthma, allergy, hayfever and eczema to achieve a better everyday life.
This is done by: providing advice and guidance for people affected by asthma, allergy, hayfever and eczema; gathering knowledge about what everyday life looks like for patients and relatives; following the research; and interacting with the debate and putting political focus on the area.
Asthma-Allergy Denmark also work to strengthen prevention. Today, about 1.5 million Danes are affected by asthma, allergy or other hypersensitivity disease, and the number is increasing.
