    Good food and nutrition are vital from birth onwards. When it is time to start giving solid food to babies, it is important to introduce all foods as soon as possible from the age of 6 months. Fruits, vegetables, wholegrain cereals and healthy fats have an especially important role to play in developing the gut microbiota and the immune system. This short and informative animated video will show how to give a baby the best start in life.

France – Association Francaise pour la Prevention des Allergies

France

The AFPRAL, French Association for the Prevention of Allergies, is a non-profit association, founded in 1991 by families of patients, with the aim of bringing together different actors, around the same issue, allergy: allergic patients, families or relatives of allergic patients, medical doctors…

It is the oldest association of allergic patients; since 2009, it has been approved nationally as a health system user association by the Ministry of Health.

Its objectives are to inform, advise and help patients suffering from allergies, the association pursues and develops its actions thanks to the dynamism and the will of its active members. The team, rich in multiple and complementary skills, aims for the same goal and works in the same direction. A same will unites its members.
